Shipping Policy

Tempest Technology Corporation offers free standard shipping to customers in the contiguous United States on eligible Tempest products purchased through tempest.us.com.

Free shipping does not apply to:

• BIOEX products

• Products drop-shipped from LEADER GROUP, our parent company in France

• Shipments outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations

Shipping costs for excluded items will be calculated or quoted separately before the order is finalized. Some products may ship in multiple packages or by freight carrier depending on size, weight, availability, or product origin.

Most in-stock items are processed as quickly as possible, but lead times may vary by product, order quantity, backorder status, and shipping method. Customers will receive tracking information when available.
