Every Tempest fan, saw, and training tool leaves our factory with more than a serial number — it carries our commitment to unmatched performance and reliability. If a defect in materials or workmanship ever keeps your Tempest product from doing its job, we will repair or replace it—fast and at no cost to you. That’s how we stand behind the gear that first responders trust with their lives.
What the Limited Warranty Does Cover
- Repair or replacement of any Tempest-manufactured part proven to be defective under normal, intended use.
- All labor performed by Tempest technicians or an authorized Tempest service partner.
Where the Warranty Cannot Apply
To keep the promise fair to every customer, the warranty does not extend to damage or failures resulting from:
- Misuse, mishandling, or neglect (including improper maintenance)
- Incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications/attachments
- Accidents, natural disasters, or operation outside listed specifications
- Service, adjustment, or repair performed by anyone other than Tempest or an authorized Tempest agent
- Third-party components such as engines, motors, and batteries—in these cases, you’re protected by the original manufacturer’s warranty
We engineer each product for decades of duty in the harshest environments. When properly used and maintained, your Tempest equipment is built to last—and our warranty proves we’re ready to back that claim every step of the way.
