VentMaster Diamond Blade Firefighting Equipment Ventmaster Saws

Diamonds are attached using a vacuum brazing process. Vacuum brazing is stronger under conditions of extreme heat.

    • Rescue and demolition
    • Iron pipe and security bars
    • Steel doors and locks
    • Vehicle bodies
    • Not suitable for wood
  • NOTE ON CUTTING ALUMINUM:
    Diamond blades are not intended to cut aluminum. Aluminum adheres to the diamond segments reducing cutting performance. If the blade cuts aluminum, the diamonds can be cleaned by performing a plunge cut into an abrasive material. Using a water kit when cutting aluminum can improve performance.
