This automatic proportioner allows precise dosing of all types of foam concentrates between 80 and 500 GPM with full autonomy.

  • Autonomous mechanical inductor
    Without electronics, LeaderMIX does not require any power supply to operate.
    LeaderMIX adapts to flow rate variations in a fraction of a second.
  • Range of flow rate: 80-500 GPM
    With a wide flow range (80-500 GPM), LeaderMIX allows variations in flow rates while maintaining a fixed concentration.
  • Automatic Proportioner
    LeaderMIX operates from 75 psi up. It adapts to flow rate variations and does not generate more pressure drop than a conventional venturi.
    Foam concentrate is sucked in instantaneously even during pulsing.
  • Lightweight and compact
    LeaderMIX 500G, in its Fixed version, weighs only 29 lbs. Much more compact than other mechanical inductors on the market, it is easy to integrate into a vehicle or to perform any other installation.
    Its remote control console (optional) allows to position LeaderMIX away from the control station.

LeaderMIX 80-500 allows precise dosing of all types of foam concentrates even during high flow rate variations. Starting at 75 psi, it allows to accurately dose the foam concentrate from 0.3% to 6% over a flow rate range from 80 to 500 GPM. Autonomous, it requires no electrical power and it is practically maintenance-free. Very easy to use, it has a bypass position that reduces pressure drops when the use of additive is not necessary.
