Fire Training Modules

To personalise firefighting equipment training and familiarise learners with different firefighting situations, LEADER offers fire training modules (optional accessories) compatible with all LEADER flame generators. These training modules help realistically simulate specific situations such as :

computer screen fires
bin fires
power cabinet fires
motor fires
aerosol explosions
and what happens when water mixes with boiling oil.

LEADER fire training modules allow learners to :

recognize the type of fire (Class A, B, C, D or F fire)
select the correct extinguisher (spray water extinguisher, water + additive, powder, CO2 or foam)
use the correct technique to extinguish the fire (spraying extinguishing agent over the fire, covering the fire with a wet cloth, etc.)

To be used, these fire training modules must be positioned on an adapter which will be fitted to a flame generator.

These accessories are easy and quick to set up and can multiply the specific fire situations in less time.

Strong and designed in stainless steel, they resist the thermal shocks caused by repeated ignition.

These compact accessories can be transported and easily stored in a car boot.

The LEADER fire training modules, combined with a flame generator and refillable training extinguishers, provide training with the use of realistic extinguishers which are economical and environmentally friendly.

Fire Trainer / Flame Generator Pyros 3
Powerful and fully equipped (console, wireless and wired remote controls), it generates powerful flames of 9.8 ft high on the surface of the pan (8.9 ft²).

  The water in the pan allows a homogeneous distribution of the fire on all the surface of the pan giving it a strong thermal radiation with flames rising up to 9.8ft high. PYROS 3, the largest flame generator in the range, has a very large fire surface area of 8.9 ft²

Accessories for fire trainer Flexible connector with safety pedal
The flexible connector with safety pedal allows to manage the ignition and the extinguishing of the flames of GF42, which is not equipped with solenoid valve.
- MORE SECURITY
  The flexible connector with safety pedal allows for better control of the fire by controlling the gas supply into the fire trainer. In fact, by pressing the pedal, the trainer sends the gas into the fire trainer and, by pressing the remote control, it ignites the fire. Thus, by releasing the safety pedal, the trainer cuts off the gas supply and cuts off the fire trainer as well.
- QUICK SET-UP
  Easy and quick to set-up, the flexible connector with safety pedal connects easily and quickly, in a few seconds, to GF42 and a gas bottle.

Accessories for fire trainer Quick coupling kit
Accessory that allows to quickly and easily connect the flexible connector to the fire trainer.
- CONVENIENT
  The quick coupling kit optimises the preparation time of the equipment. It avoids wasting time connecting/disconnecting the flexible connector at each start/end of training. Once the kit is in place, no need to screw - connection and disconnection is done in 1 second!
- SELF-SEALING
  The quick coupling kit closes automatically after disconnection. This way, the gas does not escape from the flexible connector if the gas bottle remains open, and no residue penetrates inside the coupling.

Accessories For Fire Trainer Solenoid Valve Module
For simplified control of GF42 fire trainer gas supply!

  The wired remote control brings more flexibility and more safety during exercises. It also brings a greater freedom of movement to the trainer who can be closer to the learner. Training modules for fire trainer Aerosol explosion
Simulates an aerosol explosion to learn not to do the wrong thing in this type of situation.
- PRACTICE TO IDENTIFY THE TYPES OF FIRE
  The training modules allow trainees to practice how to identify the different types of fire: Class A, B, C, D or F fires. In this case, it is a class B fire. Safety: This module is only used with LEADER aerosols without a metal container. Module not to be used with domestic aerosol cans (without flow limiter).

Simulates an electric cabinet fire to practice how to use a water spray, powder, CO2 or foam fire extinguisher.
